Monday 21st September: Great Bridge Health Centre will remain closed this week

Further to our announcement on Monday 14th September, Great Bridge Health Centre will remain closed for this week (Monday 21st September - Friday 25th September), as we continue the repairs to the building following the flooding.

Our service remains open for our patients

Our team have been redeployed to Lyndon Primary Care Centre.
