Working to reduce phone wait times

We are currently working to reduce phone wait times in our contact centre. Our new ARC system lets you press 1 to hold your place in the queue. When it's your turn, your phone will ring, and you'll be connected to the YHP team. If you miss the call or call again during that time, you will lose your place and need to start again. This new process will allow you to carry on with your day while on hold, but make sure you keep your phone to hand.
