Typing yhp.co.uk into your browser will take you to landing page for a third-party who own the domain - the form that you see is to register your interest into purchasing that domain. To be clear, it has nothing to do with us and cannot be used to access care with us.

We have sent a text message to all our registered patients to remind them of the correct website to use - all patients who register with us are told which is the right website to use at the point of registration.
