CQC Inspection 13th-14th August
We have received notification that CQC will be carrying out inspections at all YHP sites on Tuesday 13th August and Wednesday 14th August.
In advance of the site visits, as part of the assessment process, you are invited to give feedback on an experience of care that you have received from the service (good or bad), which will be used to help improve the quality of care for everybody.
