Monday 14th September: Great Bridge Health Centre closed due to flooding

Great Bridge Health Centre will be closed for this week (Monday 14th September - Friday 18th September)) due to significant flooding - we are unsure of the exact cause at this time, and will bring you further updates when we have them.

Our service remains open for our patients

Our team have been redeployed to Lyndon Primary Care Centre and will be contacting patients who have appointments to let them know about the change in location.
