We want to improve your experience of getting help from the practice - in fact, it’s the first our of our 3 strategic aims; Happier Patients. Happier Team. Better Access.

To do this, it’s important that we take the time to understand what you think about our service.

As you may know, we are looking to make some changes to the way that patients access us, and we want to run this survey before we make those changes so that we can see if people are having a better experience as a result.
