Dr Amarjit Nagra retires, Friday 30th January

At the end of January, after 39 years of public service, Dr Amarjit (Am) Nagra retires from General Practice.

In 1986 Dr Nagra completed his medical degree at the University of Southampton, going on to complete his GP training before returning to the Midlands and becoming a GP Partner, first at Oakham Surgery and then Your Health Partnership.

Dr Nagra is renowned within the Tividale community he served, and has had the privilege of looking after entire families - sometimes over 3 generations.

A passionate GP Trainer, Dr Nagra has been a patient, calm and caring influence on many cohorts of medical students and GP Registrars, helping them to develop and hone the the skills that will keep them practicing safely and compassionately for many years to come.
