In line with many of our GP colleagues across Sandwell and West Birmingham, the practices of Your Health Partnership were closed from 12:00 noon yesterday, Tuesday 20th February, for training purposes.
Shortly after closing we identified a technical issue with our telephone system; if you were trying to contact us, you may not have heard our recorded message and in turn, may not have been transferred to the Out of Hours GP Service, provided by Primecare.
By identifying the issue early on, we were able to work quickly with our telephone providers to fix the problem with the minimum amount of disruption possible.
We would like to sincerely apologise to any patients who were affected by this technical issue.
