the telephones have been successfully switched onto the new system.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused to you during the time the phones were off today and for the ongoing disruption to our phones during this time; we would like to thank you for your continued patience and we are confident that once the final phase of work has been completed this week, we will be able to improve the service you are experiencing.
Tomorrow the engineers will move onto Carters Green Medical Centre and Whiteheath Medical Centre.
