The telephones at Regis Medical Centre and Rowley Village Surgery have been successfully switched onto the new system.
It has however taken slightly longer than planned and we are therefore receiving a higher than usual volume of calls – it may be taking longer to get through on the phone.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and for the ongoing disruption to our phones during this time; we would like to thank you for your continued patience and we are confident that once the final phase of work has been completed this week, we will be able to improve the service you are experiencing.
