Good morning,
Due to some sickness amongst our clinical team at Carters Green we have fewer GP appointments today than we would usually have available on a Monday.
Our workforce planning team are working hard to try and provide some additional cover and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause; if you are contacting us for a routine appointment you may wish to try us again later in the week.
Don’t forget there are a number of options available if you need some medical advice:
Self Care Advice
If you are suffering from a cough, cold or flu-like symptoms, click here for advice on what you should do and when you should seek further advice.
For everything else, visit our Self help section.
Pharmacies
Your local Pharmacist will be able to assist you with a number of minor illnesses; they stock a wide range of over the counter medicine to help you to manage your symptoms.
NHS 111
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It is fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained advisor supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.
