Thank you everyone for your continued patience – the engineers are now on-site and working to identify and fix the problem as quickly as they can.
We have moved two GP’s to Great Bridge Medical Centre and they are working their way through the appointment lists – if you have booked a call today you will still be contacted but it may take a little longer.
The reception area is still open at Carters Green for any questions or queries but please keep in mind that the team are unable to access the clinical system whilst the power is off.
We will provide a further update when more information becomes available.
Again if your query is not urgent for today you may wish to contact us next week or alternatively visit your local pharmacy or call NHS 111 for medical advice.
