We are aware that an incomplete text message has been sent from YHP today to all patients with a current mobile phone number in their record – the message also contains an incorrect link to a website domain that does not belong to us.

Please disregard this message and the link it contains.

Please do not enter any details into the form displayed when following the link. This is to register a website domain and is not linked to YHP in any way.

We apologise for any inconvenience and confusion this has caused.
