On Tuesday 19th November a team from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) will visit Your Health Partnership to take a look at the service we are providing to our registered population.

The CQC is the independent regulator of all health and social care in England. There are given powers by the government to register, monitor and inspect all health and care services.

As part of their inspection they will look to answer 5 key questions about our service:

‘Are they safe?’

‘Are they effective?’

‘Are they caring?’

‘Are they well led?’

Once they have completed their inspection they will publish a report on their website www.cqc.org.uk and give our service a rating. Currently Your Health Partnership is rated as ‘Good’ based on our last inspection in 2015.

If you would like to share your feedback about our service ahead of the inspection you can submit one of the CQC comment cards available at Regis Medical Centre, Carters Green Medical Centre, Oakham Surgery and Whiteheath Medical Centre.
