08:30 – We are unable to answer incoming calls

We are aware of an issue this morning with our incoming phone lines; agents in our central contact centre are unable to access their phones in order to answer calls.
We are working with our system provider to identify the cause and we hope to be able to rectify it as soon as possible.
If your call is not urgent you may wish to try again at another time – our phone lines are open Monday – Friday 08;00am – 8:00pm; Saturday 08:30am – 11:30am and Sunday 09:00am-11:00am.
Online services are not affected; patients can access their online account or use our online contact form here
